Job Summary We are seeking a Kitchen Helper with knowledge of Tandoor cooking to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have practical experience working in an Indian kitchen and a good understanding of basic tandoor preparation and cooking techniques.

This role is suitable for someone who can support the Tandoor Chef and kitchen team while also being able to prepare and cook selected tandoori items when required. The candidate should be hardworking, reliable, able to work under pressure, and committed to maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities 1. Kitchen & Tandoor Support Assist the Tandoor Chef with the preparation and cooking of tandoori dishes. Prepare and handle ingredients, marinades, spice mixtures, and other items required for tandoor cooking. Have basic knowledge of preparing naan, roti, tandoori chicken, kebabs, and other tandoori dishes. Assist with operating and monitoring the tandoor under the direction of the Tandoor Chef.
