About the role | Strategic execution meets tech transformationIn your role as a Student Assistant in the Transformation Management Office (TMO), you will have the opportunity to grow across areas such as program coordination, IT and digital strategy execution, and change management.

You will be supporting the broader NextTech program: a cross‑organizational initiative focused on simplifying our IT landscape, strengthening Nordic synergies, and preparing the organization for future technologies and ways of working.

While the exact tasks cannot be fully defined at this stage due to the evolving needs of the NextTech program, the responsibilities below reflect the general scope of work you may contribute to:

Program Governance & Coordination
