Student Worker - Payroll & Accounting

We're one of Europe's fastest-growing podcast and audiobook platforms, and we're now looking for a Student Worker to support our wonderful Finance team. This is the role Our Finance team is looking for a proactive, dependable Student Worker to help keep our payroll and accounting systems running smoothly.

You'll work closely with our Payroll Manager as part of the Accounting & Control team, providing the administrative backbone for payroll and bookkeeping across 400+ employees in 10 European locations. It's a hands-on role with real responsibility - the kind of work that sharpens your eye for detail and gives you a proper look at how a fast-growing company keeps its finances in order.

The role is based at our Copenhagen office and reports to the Payroll Accounting Manager. Your main responsibilities in the role Payroll Data & Validation:

Performing data entry and validation of monthly payroll changes, including salary adjustments, bonuses, and absence data.

Accounting Support

Preparing payroll journals for accounting and assisting with reconciliations and monthly financial reporting.

Ad hoc

Support innovation through AI/ automation as well as ad hoc projects.

Audit & Compliance

Supporting the compilation of documentation required for audits and ongoing compliance checks.
