The Role In the Customer Communication Manager role, you’ll be driving content creation, writing articles, executing value-adding communications materials in close collaboration with stakeholders and team colleagues.

Operational communication is central to this role: you will lead the timely delivery of customer advisories and crisis communications during disruptions, ensuring customers receive clear, accurate information exactly when they need it most. As a communication professional, you will help drive our customer-centric approach by managing content activation and various communication projects.

In this role, you will also produce engaging, multimedia content for the Maersk Logistics Insights area of our website, which equips customers with information on trends within logistics and global supply chains.
