AI Graduate Programme

About the role

The AI Graduate Programme combines hands-on project work with structured onboarding, close collaboration, and mentoring from experienced consultants and AI specialists at BASE. You will work on AI-driven initiatives where technology is applied to real-world life sciences and pharmaceutical business problems, often in regulated environments.

Over the course of the programme, you will gradually move from supporting ongoing initiatives to independently delivering AI solutions that create tangible business value for our customers. By the end of the programme, you are expected to have contributed to at least two AI initiatives that measurably improves a business process or team efficiency.

Your responsibilities

You will contribute to a range of AI- and data-related activities depending on project needs and your development stage. This includes working with both structured and unstructured data, supporting the development of AI-driven tools and solutions, and contributing to client-facing projects where business challenges are translated into technical implementations.
