We are looking for a Senior Bioprocess Engineer who will combine process understanding, manufacturing data and engineering insight to deliver measurable improvements in yield, cycle time, capacity and robustness across our Rabies and TBE processes at the BNK site.

About the role

As our Senior Bioprocess Engineer, you will drive process optimization and continuous improvement throughout the lifecycle of our vaccine processes. You will use data, scientific understanding and engineering methods to identify performance gaps, understand sources of variability and translate opportunities into practical, sustainable changes.

Working closely with Manufacturing and technical functions, you will lead improvement initiatives from problem definition and analysis through testing, implementation and verification of benefits. Equipment knowledge will be important where equipment–process interactions affect performance, but the focus of the role is the process and its outcomes.
