As part of our Internal Audit team, you will use your audit and compliance expertise to protect patients, support responsible decision-making, and strengthen trust in Novo.

Your new role As a Business Ethics Auditor in Group Internal Audit, you will help strengthen ethics and compliance across the Novo Group by providing independent assurance and identifying opportunities for improvement. Working across a broad range of business areas, you will evaluate whether key controls and processes are operating effectively while supporting a culture of integrity and accountability.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• - Lead end-to-end business ethics and compliance audits, from planning and scoping through fieldwork, reporting, and follow-up actions.
