As part of this journey, Group Finance is strengthening Finance Business Change Management (FBCM), a key capability within Finance Transformation that helps deliver SAP ERP implementation projects and finance standardisation programmes across our global organisation. Our purpose is simple: to make change work in practice.

We lead the finance business side of SAP ERP project execution, helping ensure that new solutions, processes and ways of working are successfully implemented and adopted across the business. Working closely with IT, Finance and operational stakeholders, we combine deep solution knowledge with a strong understanding of finance processes and project delivery.

We are now looking for an experienced Finance Transformation Business Change Management Lead to join our regional Solution delivery team America and play a key role in delivering Finance transformation and rollout projects across DSV globally.
