Challenges you will work on:

• In this role, you will oversee short-term staff planning for the Above Wing department.
• You make sure the right number of people with the right qualifications are planned at the right time, ensuring balance between operational needs, quality, and cost efficiency.
• You will coordinate with managers and employees.
• You will also collaborate with your team when needed to support your colleagues in planning the other departments within Ground operations.
