Your opportunity to join the adventure In Technical Management, you will join a team of talented and welcoming colleagues. You will be located in Maersk Tankers in Copenhagen and will report to the Head of Crewing.

You will play a key role in shaping and maintaining the HR framework for our seafarers, ensuring that employment terms, collective bargaining agreements, employee relations, and HR processes are managed professionally, consistently, and in compliance with applicable requirements and internal policies.

You will work closely with Crewing Managers, payroll, unions, manning agencies, shipping associations, flag state authorities, and other key stakeholders.
