Functional AI Consultant - Denmark

Let there be change We're looking for an Functional AI Consultant (Sales & Service) to join Accenture Song in Denmark and help our clients reinvent how they connect with their customers. You'll combine deep platform expertise with the creativity, speed, and AI fluency that define Song.

What you'll do

Design, build, and deploy AI agents that resolve customer requests, support service teams, and improve the end-to-end customer journey, using whichever platform fits the client Platforms of interest are:

• Salesforce, Microsoft, ServiceNow or others.
• Configure agent behavior, actions, and instructions to match client business processes across service, sales, and marketing.
• Apply prompt engineering, retrieval, and testing practices to keep agents reliable and safe in production.
• Work with experience designers, business architects, and client stakeholders to turn customer experience ambitions into scalable, agentic solutions.
• Mentor junior consultants / analysts and contribute to best practices, code quality, and reusable components across projects.
• Track the fast-moving agentic AI and CRM/CX platform landscape, and bring new capabilities back to clients, the team, and the wider Song studio.
