Blades Repair Technician

Blade Repair As a Blade Repair Technician for Vento, you will be responsible for performing high-quality blade repairs in line with technical documentation and standards. You will collaborate closely with client site managers while coordinating with Vento’s team leaders and back-office support.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform blade repairs in accordance with technical instructions, standards, and guidelines.
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, protocols, and industry standards.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive repair reports and other required technical documentation.
• Ensure the accuracy of time tracking and reporting for all working hours and project tasks.
• Operate and manage company vehicles, including vans, as needed.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings with all relevant on-site technicians to ensure alignment and safety.
• Participate in and follow up on project meetings both on-site and remotely (via Teams) in coordination with the back-office.
• Follow-up on delivery and shipping coordination, control, registration, and approval of arriving goods.

QUALIFICATIONS
