About the role

At Vento, we are looking for a structured and proactive Divisional Resource Manager to support our Blade projects. This is a hands-on coordination role where you will help make sure the right technicians, competencies, tools, travel plans, and documentation are ready before work starts on site.

Your responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate technicians, supervisors, site managers, and subcontractors for Blade and wind service projects.
• Match people and competencies to project needs, customer requirements, certificates, availability, and travel plans.
• Keep an overview of capacity, utilisation, training needs, rotation plans, absence, holiday, and upcoming project demand.
• Work closely with project teams, site teams, HR, recruitment, warehouse, logistics, training, and HSEQ to ensure project readiness.
• Identify resource gaps or planning risks early and help find practical solutions.
• Support future resource planning, recruitment input, onboarding, and simple operational reporting.
