Data Partnerships Manager

Employment type: FULLTIME. A new role, yours to shape The role is about creating entirely new data-sharing partnerships with organizations that have never considered making their video data available for AI Models. This is about building trust, navigation of legal and contract processes, and the ability to structure novel License to Data agreements. It’s not about buying data.

It’s about building a fair exchange in value for that data. This is a newly created position, you won't be stepping into an existing playbook, you'll be writing it.. You'll have real influence over how Hafnia builds data partnerships from the ground up, and the chance to define what this role becomes as the team and library scale.

Strong track record in business development, strategic partnerships, or data/commercial sourcing, ideally including complex licensing or data-sharing agreements Strong commercial negotiation skills and experience engaging executive and legal stakeholders Experience working in the public sector and/ or big private organisations Comfort creating deals where there's no existing budget or buying process.
