Your RoleThe Project Capture Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end development of customer proposals, ensuring alignment between technical, commercial, legal, and business stakeholders. The role bridges technical solution design, program planning, cost estimation, and commercial governance to deliver high-quality, competitive, and compliant proposals. Your tasks include:Proposal Coordination & Governance:

Coordinate and synchronize proposal activities across technical teams, Sales, and Business Management, acting as the central point of contact and remain engaged through to contract signature, working with Legal & Contract Managers to ensure that technical solutions, assumptions, schedules, and resource commitments are robust, realistic, and executable, challenging them where required.
