Are you an experienced project professional who excels at building structure, driving consistency, and elevating project execution? To support our growth and expanding portfolio of projects, we are strengthening our focus on the Project Management Office (PMO). You’ll get a key role in developing, maintain, train, and educate on the processes, methodology, and tool chain used in project execution.

Your RoleAs PMO Lead, you will report to the Head of Projects & Delivery. You will become responsible for all aspects of our best-practice project execution and will be deeply involved in improving and developing our methodologies. The PMO standardizes project practices, supports project managers and project teams, and represents a highly operational function.

The PMO ensures alignment with business goals by supporting Business Management and provides oversight across the project portfolio. The PMO spans governance, methodology, reporting, process development, and process control. The PMO leads the development of methodologies used during the scale-up of the organization – and may potentially evolve into the competence center for Project Management.
