This is a unique opportunity to step into a highly visible role at the crossroads of finance, ESG, and governance. You will take ownership of the Group’s sustainability statement, drive key parts of the annual report process, and contribute to the broader reporting and compliance agenda in a large international organisation with high standards and broad stakeholder exposure.

About the role

You will become part of Group Compliance in ISS Group Finance — a central team at Group headquarters responsible for the Group’s annual report, including both the financial statements and the sustainability statement, while ensuring compliance with and advising the business on IFRS, CSRD, and EU Taxonomy. As Senior Compliance Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and driving the Group’s sustainability report.
