Transport Performance Management Specialist

Region NCE and Global Offshore NCE Supply Chain, Repair & Tools North & Central Europe is Vestas’ largest region globally, and within our Service Supply Chain, Repair, and Tools organization we are looking for an analytically strong and commercially minded Performance Management Specialist (Manager) to help improve transport cost, delivery performance, and decision-making across the region.

This is not a traditional transport operations role. Instead, the position focuses on performance management, data-driven improvement initiatives, stakeholder alignment, and structured project execution.

Reporting directly to the Head of Service Supply Chain, Repair, and Tools for Northern and Central Europe, you will play a critical role in translating transport performance insights into actions that improve the wider supply chain.

Furthermore, in this Manager level position you will become part of the Northern and Central European Service Supply Chain and Tools Management Group and work in a team of highly skilled and motivated business leaders on manager, senior manager, and director level.
