• That’s where you come in. 📢The Role As an Implementation Consultant, you will be the trusted guide for our customers as they implement TimeLog.
• Your role is to help them get set up, adopt best practices and ensure a smooth transition that drives measurable value from our platform.

You’ll collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Customer Support Ambassadors (CSAs), and Sales/BDMs (Business Development Managers) to deliver seamless implementations that set our customers up for long-term success. 🎯 What you’ll be doing:

• Lead onboarding and implementation projects for new customers.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions and configuration to ensure adoption of TimeLog.
• Translate business requirements into efficient TimeLog setup and workflows.
• Act as the subject matter expert during handovers from Sales, ensuring a smooth start.
