Group Treasurer

Treasury today functions primarily as a reporting unit – tracking cash and positions, but not yet driving the active, data-driven cash management, risk governance, and financial optimisation that a group of this size and complexity both needs and deserves. We are looking for a Group Treasurer who changes that.

Someone who combines deep technical command of treasury with a data-driven mindset and the analytical rigour to turn treasury data into actionable insight – continuously optimising liquidity, cost of funding, and financial risk across the Group. This role sits at the centre of the newly established CFO Office in Tilst and will be a key voice in Group Finance leadership.
