The role
You will provide first-line customer support to our German and international customers, mainly via phone and email. Working closely with Sales, R&D, Quality, and shipping, you will ensure fast, professional, and solution-oriented support.
Your responsibilities
Support customers with product, software, invoicing, upselling, and replacement inquiries, owning each case from start to finish - Guide customers through software installation (through Team Viewer) - Become an expert in Cortrium’s products and software - Capture customer feedback and feature requests - Assist the shipping team to ensure efficient deliveries when needed Who you are - German speaker with professional fluency in English and one additional language (Danish, French, Spanish, Italian or other) - Customer-focused, empathetic, and solution-oriented - Structured, reliable, and comfortable with technology - Customer service experience preferred (technical support not required) What we offer - An international, informa1 …
