About the role

As our Workplace Engagement Specialist, you'll help build a strong Hub Spirit by creating a workplace that energizes everybody, every day. Reporting to the Hub Manager and part of the Workplace Operations and Experience team, you'll support the smooth running of our Copenhagen Hub while driving communication, community, and connection across it.

Working closely with facility partners and stakeholders, you'll shape a workplace experience where colleagues feel informed, connected, and engaged. A major opportunity ahead is helping prepare for and communicate our Hub relocation to a new, larger space in the first half of 2027.
