HR Global Services Advisor - Germany (m/f/d)

Employment type: FULLTIME. HR Global Services Advisor - Germany (m/f/d) Description - We, HR Global Services, are seeking a HR professional who is innovative, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.

You will be part of a cross functional, cross geographic HR Global Services Team that partner to deliver customer-focused and quality driven solutions while striving for operational efficiency and consistency. As a trusted resource for employees, you will be a HR Global Services advisor for Germany. Please note that this position is a fixed-term role with an initial contract duration of two years.

In your role, you will:

• Provide support and processes HR activities from employee ‘s hire to retirement via automation, simplification, and continuous process improvement.
• Initiates, reviews, and approves daily HR System transactions ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Prepare HR related legal documents (i.e., employment letter, employment contracts, job change addendums, document related to Termination etc.).
• Manage employee records (including electronic files and ensures information is accurate and up-to- date) and supports audits, government surveys and reporting.
