Manager, Insights & Data Enablement

Employment type: FULLTIME. Purpose of the role We are looking for a business-savvy, hands-on and structure-building manager to build and run the new Insights & Data Enablement function from the ground up. You will lead a small, high-trust team that partners closely with key business functions, combining data knowledge with genuine business context to make sure data actually drives decisions — not just dashboards.

You will translate insight into action and help the organization realize measurable value from its data. Beyond leading the team, you will design and govern how the function collaborates — both within the Data Management Office (DMO) and with business stakeholders — and personally act as Business Partner for one or two business areas yourself.

This is a hands-on leadership role that combines people management, building a new function and operating model, and hands-on delivery on real business problems. You will be a key contributor to building DMO's credibility as a core function, and to the successful execution of our Data & AI strategy.
