Head of Digital Service Enablement

We are looking for a strategic and execution-oriented leader to take on the role as the Head of Digital Service EnablementAbout the roleAs Head of Digital Service Enablement at If, you will play a key role in shaping and driving the digital transformation within ‘Digital Service’, as part of Digital Sales & Customer Experience (DS&CX).

You will work closely with a broad range of stakeholders across business units in BA Private, IT and Claims. The line responsibility will be Nordic and consist of 4 Chapter leads and a total of 40 Nordic service developers; working with different types of development initiatives, with a range of competences within digital service design.

Your responsibility will be leading people and hands-on approach ensuring strategy is translated into results. Anchor and develop people, competencies and tools within the Service Development capability area.

Ensure that our service model transforms and evolves into an even more digital model by reaching our Nordic and local digital service metrics while enabling reduced service-cost and strong end-to-end digital customer resolutions at scale.
