As Global HR Business Partner for Global Operations, you will partner directly with the SVP and Global Operations Leadership Team, shaping the People agenda across manufacturing, supply chain, and operational functions globally.
You will work at the heart of the business, bringing a People and organizational perspective to strategic decisions and translating business priorities into initiatives that strengthen performance, productivity and long-term organizational capability. At the same time, you will lead a geographically distributed HRBP team supporting Operations across countries and locations.
Your role is therefore both strategic and operational: setting direction, challenging thinking, turning data, insights, and decisions into action across the organization.
