HR Intern – People & Culture (IEFP Internship) - IMPACT

We're looking for a recent graduate to join our People & Culture team as an HR Intern at IMPACT Commerce Portugal.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on, end-to-end HR experience in an international setting: while formally part of the Portuguese team, you'll have the chance to work with our People & Culture colleagues in Denmark, supporting shared projects.

You'll get exposure to the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding, HR administration, and culture initiatives, with real ownership of tasks and projects from early on, and a structured 6-month plan to guide your development.

What you'll do
