Finance Controller

We are looking for a strong Finance Controller to join Maersk Training’s central finance function, based in Svendborg, Denmark.

In the role you will become a key player in the Maersk Training Finance team with direct reference to our CFO and an important role in the global finance team, working closely with regional Finance Managers in our 5 regions, central Finance Business Partnering colleagues, and the skilled team in our Finance Shared Service Center in Chennai, India.

The position combines group‑wide financial controlling, ad‑hoc analysis, and continuous improvement, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, accountability, and business understanding.

Key Responsibilities Group finance controlling – As part of the month end and annual close processes, contribute to driving financial controlling and performance transparency across the Maersk Training Group, support consolidated reporting, variance analysis, and follow‑up across entities, and ensure consistent financial logic, data quality, and comparability across regions.
