Finance & Operations Coordinator 22.07.2026 About TetraKit Technologies TetraKit Technologies is a biotech startup developing next-generation radiopharmaceuticals for cancer treatment and diagnosis. As we grow, our financial administration, projects, partnerships and publicly funded activities are becoming more complex.

We are therefore looking for a structured, proactive and hands-on colleague who can take ownership of our day-to-day finance operations and help strengthen our administrative and operational processes. We are looking for someone who can own the operational side of finance and coordinate effectively with specialists. You create structure, follow up consistently and make sure things get done.

Invoices, payments and expenses move through a clear and efficient process. Grant and project documentation is maintained throughout the year rather than collected at the last minute. Audits and reporting become easier to manage, colleagues understand what is expected of them, and management has a clear overview of deadlines, approvals and outstanding actions.
