What you will do
Act as a trusted advisor to clients regarding our commerce solution architecture and best practices. - Facilitate workshops with customers and ERP partners to identify business needs and align on solution strategies. - Present solutions clearly and compellingly to both business and technical stakeholders. - Create and maintain documentation on solution architecture.
Support pre-sales activities by providing insightful, business-focused solutions and estimates. - Lead AI implementation across our delivery processes to enhance solution effectiveness. - Collaborate closely with project managers and development teams to ensure alignment and viability of solutions and successful project delivery.
