Fully RemoteThe role:As Associate Director, Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth across a dedicated territory within the EMEA region. This is a highly visible, customer-facing commercial role where you will identify, develop, and secure strategic opportunities across Lonza's Integrated Biologics offering.

Leveraging your industry expertise and consultative approach, you will hunt for and build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, influence complex development and manufacturing strategies, and position Lonza as the partner of choice throughout the product lifecycle.

With a particular focus on mammalian and drug product service offerings, drug product services, and ADC (Antibody-Drug Conjugate) solutions you will proactively develop and execute a territory strategy, identify high-value opportunities, and lead customer engagement activities from initial contact through to opportunity creation.
