- Experience working closely with Business Analysts to transform defined business requirements into robust, scalable, and high-quality data solutions. - Experience taking on more complex tasks with guidance and support from senior team members.
- A strong interest in business operations and how data can be used to improve performance – for example fleet, rostering, dispatch, or response data – or a willingness to develop that understanding quickly. - Comfortable working with stakeholders and data sources across multiple countries and time zones. - Familiarity with implementing AI solutions and creating applications for AI use cases is a plus.
Skills & capabilities - Experience with Python and SQL - Experience in our core technical stack:
- Azure, Databricks, PySpark, Azure Data Factory.
- - Ability to build and maintain data pipelines for various common data sources, including operational systems that differ between countries.
- - A good understanding of data modeling concepts and their practical application, including harmonising similar data from different operating models into common models.
