At Harboes Bryggeri, we have been brewing beer and soft drinks since 1883 and are today Denmark’s third-largest brewery. We have approximately 600 employees across our two sites in Skælskør, Denmark, and Dargun, Germany. For our brewery in Skælskør, we are looking for a Brewing Specialist to work with optimisation and development across our brewing and beverage production.

You will take on a technical specialist role, using production data, analyses and trials to identify opportunities for improvement and turn them into solutions that work in practice.
