We are looking for a CEO Operations Manager who will work directly with the CEO and help build a scalable, efficient, and high-performing organization. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys solving business challenges, improving how organizations operate, and growing into a senior leadership role as the company scales. Reporting Line: Reports directly to the CEO.

Your Mission

Your mission is to help the CEO transform strategy into execution. You will coordinate strategic initiatives, improve internal operations, support corporate functions, and build management systems that enable DICEUS to scale successfully as a product company.
