Sparinvest seeks a Senior Risk Officer

We are looking for an analytical and committed Senior Risk Officer for our Risk Management department. Sparinvest S.A. is a Super Management Company in Luxembourg with a branch in Denmark. Sparinvest S.A. has Luxembourg and Danish UCITS and AIF under management.

Your role

As a Senior Risk Officer, you are responsible for identifying, monitoring and reporting risks within the regulatory set-up surrounding both UCITS and AIF structures as required by regulation.

Your main tasks - Manage daily risk processes for Luxembourg and Danish investment funds, including regular reviews. - Maintain and improve risk systems and models with Group entities. - Improve tools and procedures for operational risk management.

- Oversee risk management tasks delegated to Group entities in Denmark. - Engage with boards and senior management and prepare risk reports, including submissions to Finanstilsynet and the CSSF. - Work with local and cross-border teams in a project-driven setting. - Your day-to-day job location will be either Luxembourg or Copenhagen, with regular travel to the other location about every two months1 …
