Implementation Consultant

We are looking for a new colleague to join our team and help implement innovative banking solutions that make a real difference for banks, their employees, and their customers. The Implementation Team supports BEC’s customers in successfully taking new business solutions into use.

We focus particularly on initiatives and customer deliverables that involve significant change for users, employees, or customers in the banks. As an Implementation Consultant, you bring a change and customer perspective from early analysis and planning through rollout, organizational anchoring and follow-up.

You will provide implementation guidance and take a hands-on role in key implementation activities when required. Depending on the situation, this includes change assessment, coordination, communication, webinars, training packages, go-to-market materials, and other implementation activities.

This role gives you the opportunity to collaborate across the BEC & Scoutz organization, including Product Management, Customer Account Management and agile development teams, as well as directly with representatives from the banks.
