About the role

As our Staff Engineer – Engineering Experience (DX), you'll drive technical direction across a portfolio of engineering capabilities spanning Developer Platform, Developer Relations, Developer Ecosystem, Enterprise Transparency, and agentic software development.

Working across the LEGO® Group, you'll translate strategic direction into practical execution, helping teams align architecture, adopt common platforms, reduce technical debt, and improve engineering effectiveness at scale. You'll provide technical leadership beyond a single product while staying closely connected to delivery and real-world engineering challenges.
