About the department You will be part of the skilled Product Owner and Scrum Masters team in DHW Styles & Engine in Demant A/S and part of the wider agile communities across Demant. As a team, we grow Product Ownership and Scrum Mastering to improve value delivery and flow while ensuring a healthy team foundation and strong team dynamics.

The Role You will be Scrum Master for agile team(s) that are part of an Agile Release Train (ART) working within the SAFe framework. Together, these teams deliver complex, high-impact hardware for Demant’s next-generation hearing aids.
