Manager, Group Services Transformation - Executive Office & Corporate Strategy

We are looking for a new colleague who will help drive the continued development of Demant’s Group Services organization. In this role, you will work at the intersection of strategy, transformation, and execution — helping simplify complexity, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and enable scalable ways of working across Group Services, which includes IT, HR, Finance, Legal, and Corporate Functions.

You will work closely with the CFO, the Group Services Leadership Team, and senior stakeholders across the organization. Combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, you will play a central role in shaping and driving high-impact transformation initiatives across Group Services.

About Executive Office & Corporate Strategy You will join a small team, which is part of Executive Office & Corporate Strategy team, a team working at the center of strategic development and execution across Demant. Executive Office & Corporate Strategy supports senior leadership in shaping and leading enterprise priorities, enabling cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring execution of key strategic initiatives.
