Head of EPM Systems - Global Finance

You will have overall responsibility for our EPM platforms, team, and roadmap, with the primary objective of replacing SAP BPC with a modern solution for Financial Planning, Forecasting, and Consolidation. Our wider transformation includes the implementation of a new ERP platform and advanced Business Intelligence (BI) solutions.

Together, these initiatives will create a more integrated Finance technology landscape, with standardized processes, greater automation, and trusted data to support better decision-making across the Group. Welcome to Global Finance You will join Group EPM Systems, part of Group Finance, and report to the Senior Director, Group Financial Systems.

You will be a member of the Group Financial Systems leadership team and lead a team of approximately five EPM specialists. Taking on the role, you will be based at the Demant HQ in Smørum. Our global Finance organization consists of more than 600 professionals working across Financial Reporting & Compliance, Business Finance, Planning & Analysis, Treasury, Tax, Accounting, and Financial Systems.
