Global HR Business Partner for Group Services, Global HR

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to play a central role in the transformation of Demant Group Services and help shape the future of HR partnering across Demant. Part of Group Services are IT, Finance, HR and our Corporate Functions.

In this role you will partner with senior leaders to translate the Group Services strategy into the organization, capabilities, leadership and workforce needed to deliver it. You will be instrumental in driving organizational effectiveness, supporting major transformation initiatives and helping leaders create simpler, more scalable and effective organizations.

In this role you will also have 3 HR Business Partners reporting to you. This transformation requires more than new processes and technology. It requires the right organization, capabilities and leadership to make change sustainable. This is where you come in.
