Junior Originator

Job Opportunity Junior Originator We are looking for a Junior Originator to find asset owners, build relationships, and turn them into signed customers across our BESS and solar portfolio. Why this role matters This role sits at the front of our commercial engine.

You will find asset owners, build relationships with them, and turn those relationships into signed customers, growing from supporting the team into owning deals end to end. No prior energy experience is required, just the drive and curiosity to learn a technical market fast.

The role

The Junior Originator drives outbound engagement with owners of battery energy storage systems (BESS) and solar assets across the Nordics. You start by opening new accounts and supporting the origination team, then grow into owning deals independently.

Within twelve months, you will run as a fully autonomous originator, carrying your own pipeline across our C&I and IPP segments and helping shape the products we bring to market. This is an individual contributor role with a defined growth path. You will work closely with Trading, Risk, Analytics, Portfolio Management, Product & Technical, and Finance to move deals from first contact to a signed Optimisation Agreement.
