Sourcing & Vendor Performance Lead

Do you want to shape how sourcing decisions translate into measurable operational performance across the Nordics? As Sourcing & Vendor Performance Lead, you will drive a common approach to sourcing and supplier performance across the Nordic Underlay Delivery & Access Lines organisation.

Your focus will be on creating transparency, improving supplier performance and finding the right balance between internal capabilities, nearshore capacity and external partners. What you need to succeed - Solid experience in strategic sourcing, vendor management or supplier performance, combined with hands-on experience managing external suppliers in a production or delivery environment.

- Documented experience with make-or-buy decisions and changes to delivery models, including insourcing, outsourcing, nearshoring or comparable initiatives. - Strong experience with contracts, pricing models, SLAs and commercial mechanisms, including tenders, negotiations and implementation in collaboration with Procurement.
