ASSP Academy Lead

Country: Denmark. Role Purpose The ASSP Academy Lead is responsible for defining and delivering the capability-building strategy for the Asset Strategy function.

Partnering closely with ASSP Leadership and the People Function, this role translates business priorities into learning experiences, leadership development programs, and capability initiatives that strengthen organizational performance and build future-ready talent.
