About the Role

As a Senior Crew Operator, you will play a pivotal role in managing crew planning and operational readiness across our global fleet.

You will

• - Ensure vessels are adequately manned in line with flag requirements and Maersk policies.
• - Coordinate long-term planning for Senior Officers - Manage crew rotations and ensure timely, efficient crew changes.
• - Champion seafarer engagement and contribute to building stronger connections between ship and shore.
