We are looking for an experienced professional driven by care, compliance and true interest in creating the right conditions and environment for our more than 13.000 seafaring colleagues. As our new Marine Labour Relations Manager you will join a team with two other colleagues that report to the Global Head of Marine Labour Relations. The Global Marine Labour Relations team is responsible for the following main areas:

• - Handling all complaint cases related to harassment, bullying and discrimination (incl. sexual harassment) that are raised by seafaring colleagues.
