Are you an expert in metabolomics and data analysis that would be excited about supporting cutting-edge research within the fields of nutrition, microbiome and cardiometabolic health?

We are looking for a dedicated candidate with high computational expertise that would be thrilled to maintain and develop our liquid chromatography mass spectrometry (LC-MS)-based metabolomics infrastructure from a data point of view and engage with a collaborative, dynamic and ambitious research team. The position is available from 15th of January 2027 or as soon as possible thereafter.

The position and responsibilities The metabolomics data scientist’s duties will primarily include development of our LC-MS-based metabolomics data and annotation pipelines. This includes maintenance and development of LC-MS data pipelines, maintenance of data infrastructure, and standard operating procedures and workflows, as well as support of omics-analyses in close collaboration with colleagues.
