People Analytics & Rewards Specialist

Impact Fund Denmark — People & Culture — Copenhagen As Impact Fund Denmark continues to grow and professionalise, we want more of our people and organisational decisions to be grounded in evidence, data and a clear understanding of what drives behaviour and performance. That is why we are creating a new role at the intersection of People Analytics, Reward and Talent.

You might already work in HR and be looking to build deeper analytical expertise. Or you may come from organisational psychology, economics, analytics or a related field and want to apply your skills in a People & Culture setting.

Either way, what matters most is that you are curious about how organisations work, comfortable working with data, and able to turn analysis into useful insights and practical recommendations and that you take pride in contributing and getting things to impact. You will report to our Head of People & Culture.
