This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced legal professional who wants to combine deep legal expertise with practical business impact. Importantly, while the role extends beyond traditional legal advisory work, you will retain and further develop your professional legal specialization while helping shape and strengthen Novonesis' global compliance framework.

You will join a collaborative, business-facing team responsible for key compliance areas including anti-corruption, whistleblowing and investigations, sanctions and trade compliance, privacy, AI governance, competition law, food & health regulation, compliance due diligence, and compliance training and awareness.

Together, we partner with the business to enable responsible growth while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
