Your new role You will design, set up, and run education initiatives with internal and external partners across the education ecosystem, from primary schools to universities. You will create project plans, coordinate with partners, and drive initiatives from concept to implementation.

You will identify collaboration opportunities, develop partnerships aligned with our competencies and goals, and build strong stakeholder relationships to strengthen Novo Nordisk’s position in education and university relations. You are a champion for the team, working with practical tools, templates, and processes that improve planning, tracking, and delivery.
